The OEM-partnering Group was formed in 2019 with the merger of the companies Brütsch Elektronik AG and Jossi AG. They form the foundation of the Inovu Group. Together, they supply a number of global market leaders in medical and laboratory technology.

Founded in 1957, the Swiss technology company specializes in solutions for mechanics, drive technology / motion control and cooling technology. With two production sites in Switzerland and a subsidiary in the Czech Republic, Jossi AG bundles synergies and is well established in the European market.
