With a broad value chain and a high level of excellence, the Group manufactures complete devices and assemblies for its customers – from the innovation to serial production. In doing so, we draw on the great technological capabilities and over 50 years of experience of the Group companies Brütsch Elektronik AG and Jossi AG.

The OEM-partnering Group was formed in 2019 with the merger of the companies Brütsch Elektronik AG and Jossi AG. They form the foundation of the Inovu Group. Together, they supply a number of global market leaders in medical and laboratory technology.

Inovu is derived from the Latin verb innovare, which means to renew. In this spirit, both Brütsch and Jossi have continuously developed and sharpened their market positioning over the past years. With the merger under the umbrella brand "Inovu Group," the two companies are ideally equipped for the future as an OEM partner.

Jossi AG

As a system partner, Jossi AG develops, industrializes and produces devices and functional assemblies for medical and laboratory technology. Founded in 1957, the Swiss technology company specializes in solutions for mechanics, drive technology / motion control and cooling technology. With two production sites in Switzerland and a subsidiary in the Czech Republic, Jossi AG bundles synergies and is well established in the European market.
